Amidst the hype and etc etc, Lupe Fiasco is somewhat of an excitement to the rap game.
No, it isn’t because of his verse on Kanye’s Touch The Sky, although that was pretty good for a guy I’ve never heard of before. Not because of his impeccable sense of being credible to both sides of the polar fence. (he’s a rapper AND a skater? Word, screw you Pharrell) As well, it’s not because of his outstanding mixtape that seems to give him even more hype.
